Shipping Charges (Australia & New Zealand only)
Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of order. Australian customers should allow 5-7 working days for delivery by Australia Post. Customers paying for Express Post should allow 1-5 working days.
Overseas orders will be mailed First Class Air and customers should allow 7-10 working days.
Orders received after noon, Eastern Standard Time Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
On Australian public holidays, regular order processing maybe slightly delayed.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
* Credit Card approval must be received prior to shipping
* Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only, public holidays excluded.
Shipping Charges (Australia & New Zealand only)
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the total weight of your order and destination according to the International Pricing guide from Australia Post. The applicable shipping charges will be added to your order total.
Shipping prices are based on weight, depending on the destination. Please complete your order and we will respond within 48 hours with the actual shipping rate. Or, please refer to the International Pricing guide from Australia Post.

Your email address and contact details are kept confidential. We do not sell or trade our customer details with anyone.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information and purchase products. We retain visitor's contact information (such as their e-mail address, etc). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. Financial information is destroyed unless customers request us to retain it for future orders. Do not include your credit card number in any e-mail correspondence. We respect your privacy and do not request that you submit your credit card details online.
Each order is processed manually using the information you provide via fax and telephone orders. At no time is your payment information or any personal data transmitted to a third party for verification or processing. Once the order is received, all portions of the order fulfilment process are handled internally.
