Lemon Scented Ironbark oil is a pale to dark yellow, somewhat oily liquid of a sweet and fresh, fruity-lemony aroma. Its therapeutic properties are anti-infectious, antiseptic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and aides in the treatment of acne and oily skin. The rich scent makes it useful for soaps, perfumes and air refreshing as well as a mood lifter via the vaporisation method.

General recommendations for use:
* Place 1-2 drops on Austraroma aromastone, aromamedallion, or your handkerchief.
* Oil burner: mix 2 - 4 drops with water
* Floral water: add 10 drops of Lemon Ironbark to half a litre of water in a spray bottle and shake before use. While the oil will not blend with the water, it does impact the aroma and properties of essential oil when sprayed.

Bush in a Bottle is great! One of the hazards of my job is bruises, so I always carry a bottle in my work vehicle, every time I bump myself I rub a little Bush in a Bottle on my bump and I do not get a bruise mark on me. I also use it for sprains and strains, I rub a little on my sprain or strain straight away and I get relief from swelling within 1 hour. I was diagnosed with Asthma at the age of thirteen and could not do any physical activities at school or at home without the assistance of a Ventolin inhaler. I always struggled for breath and at times had to be hospitalised because of the illness. You would say I was prisoner to my puffer, because I couldn’t go anywhere without it. After inhaling the steam from this particular oil, I find now I breathe freely. I do not carry a Ventolin inhaler around and physical exercise is not a worry anymore. I used the oil in a steam vapouriser up to three times a day, for about three months. It is simple but effective. I even recommend it for the onset of coughs and colds, in the same way.
